Responsibilities:
- Support event planning, coordination, and on-site setup.
- Manage vendor communications and logistics scheduling.
- Maintain inventory and assist with procurement of event materials.
- Oversee timelines and ensure operational efficiency before, during, and after events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings/weekends for events.
