The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring Evenement’s events run smoothly from planning and logistics to on-site coordination. You’ll work closely with vendors, clients, and team members to deliver flawless event experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support event planning, coordination, and on-site setup.
  • Manage vendor communications and logistics scheduling.
  • Maintain inventory and assist with procurement of event materials.
  • Oversee timelines and ensure operational efficiency before, during, and after events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings/weekends for events.
