Umer passionately believes in the power of an individual’s mind and has devoted himself to the mission of enhancing self-belief within his team. He empowers them to take action and make effective decisions for the way forward. His way of leading is to keep his team at the forefront, develop their skills and see them perform to their full potential.
Ather Waseem
Director Operations
Ather holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and has over 15 Years of Experience in Event Management, Media and Advertisment.
At Evenement he is the Event Execution Expert. He is responsible for conceiving and executing events ranging from state dinners to conferences, seminars, team buildings and upscale private events. He is a visionary Operations Director who begins his process with conceptualizing exciting new structural elements that give his events an entirely unique dimension, to implementing complex and innovative logistical plans with flawless efficiency.
Maaz Muazzam
Account Director
Maaz has an MBA in Finance from LSE and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of London. With over 12 years of experience in the events industry as an accomplished project manager with in-depth knowledge of operations, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company.
As an Account Manager, Maaz is responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction, while also contributing to the overall growth of the business. His strong financial acumen and strategic thinking enable him to effectively manage client relationships and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
Mashal Peerzada
Creative Consultant
Trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, graduate of the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California and child of the world of culture, entertainment and events, Mashal is a screenwriter and director for television, theatre and film, she now channels her considerable imagination, vision and organizational skills into the single act of creating dynamic initiatives for our clients.
She is a passionate believer in creating experiences that are inspired by arts and culture. At Evenement she uses these skills to create exciting new narratives, treatments and engagements for our events.
WAJEEHA SHAFI
Creative Head
Wajeeha has Bachelor’s degree from the College of Home Economics, majoring in Applied Arts. She is a certified Interior Designer from the National College of Arts and has over six years work experience with renowned Ahad Home Signature as an interior designer.
As creative head, she conceives concepts of creative projects & designs visuals/ambiance for events. She has an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to implement dynamic looking events that are tailor made to each clients brief, while directing and maintaining an in house design team at Evenement.
RAFEA MOHSIN
Manager Strategy & Innovation
Rafea has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from King’s College London with a vast knowledge of the business field. Her time in London and at King’s allowed her to work on multiple projects, managing them at different levels and working with people from different fields.
As manager strategy & innovation, she devises long term and short time strategy plans for the team and ensures alignment of goals. Her ability to empathize and connect allows her to work in close liaison with the clients, whilst keeping the team together and progressing as a unit.
